✅ Replacement Policy (Only for Defective Items)
We offer replacement only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery
- Customer must provide clear photos/videos as proof of the issue
Once your request is approved, we will initiate the replacement process.
❌ No Return / No Refund Policy
- We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Size issues
- Color differences due to screen lighting
- Change of mind or personal preferences

🚚 Return Courier Charges
- A fixed charge of ₹180 will be applied for return courier in case of replacement
- This charge must be paid by the customer
- Replacement will be processed only after we receive the returned product
📦 Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for replacement:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Any used or damaged product will not be accepted for replacement
🔍 Quality Check & Approval
- After receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection
- If the product meets all conditions, replacement will be approved
- If not, the request may be rejected
⏳ Replacement Processing Time
- Replacement dispatch will be initiated within 3–5 working days after approval
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location

- Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
