✅ Replacement Policy (Only for Defective Items)

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide clear photos/videos as proof of the issue

Once your request is approved, we will initiate the replacement process.


❌ No Return / No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for:
    • Size issues
    • Color differences due to screen lighting
    • Change of mind or personal preferences

Please check product details carefully before placing your order.


🚚 Return Courier Charges

  • A fixed charge of ₹180 will be applied for return courier in case of replacement
  • This charge must be paid by the customer
  • Replacement will be processed only after we receive the returned product

📦 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Any used or damaged product will not be accepted for replacement

🔍 Quality Check & Approval

  • After receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection
  • If the product meets all conditions, replacement will be approved
  • If not, the request may be rejected

⏳ Replacement Processing Time

  • Replacement dispatch will be initiated within 3–5 working days after approval
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • Only one-time replacement is allowed per order
